Make a claim
At the start of your pet's treatment you should follow the steps below:
Step 1: For your convenience you can begin to report your claim online – just enter your details to the right and click on 'Make or Track a Claim'.
Step 2: You then need to complete a Claim Form. This will be sent to you in an email if you have reported your claim online as per Step 1. Alternatively, you can simply download and print off a claim form at the bottom of this page.
Step 3: The named Policyholder must complete and sign the appropriate sections of the claims form as indicated.
Step 4: Your Vet must complete and sign Section 2 of the claim form.
Step 5: Please ensure all sections are filled in as any omissions may delay the claim decision.
Step 6: The form should then be returned to us with a case history and originals of any invoices related to your pet’s treatment. Please send to: Vetsure Pet Insurance, 5th Floor, The Connect Centre, Kingston Crescent, Portsmouth, PO2 8DE.
Step 7: You may wish to make copies of any documents you send to us for your records.
Step 8: We have an arrangement whereby the vet is usually paid directly. For any eligible treatments, you normally need only pay the vet the applicable excess.
