Jesse is trained by Heather Brook exclusively using Positive Reinforcement and the iClick. On her blog, Heather describes Jesse as being her best friend, teacher and a member of her family. Heather says that she will be forever grateful to Jesse for all the wonderful adventures they have embarked on.
