Iffley Vets – Wheatley

Iffley Vets was founded as a mixed, mainly farm animal practice in the 1930s but has grown and developed into a modern two-site practice, now seeing only your dogs, cats, rabbits  and other small pets.  For those of you with more unusual pets, they host HerpVet Services – a bird and exotic animal’s consultancy, run by Bruce Maclean.

You’ll find their team compassionate and well-trained to meet all your needs, adapting to your requirements and willing to discuss your options whether they be for treatment, timing or referral.

The facilities available for diagnosing and treating your pet, although housed within older premises, are modern and continually being upgraded – both sites meeting RCVS Practice Standards Scheme requirements.

Out of hours you will speak directly to one of their vets who can see you, if required, at the Iffley Rd surgery, and access your pet’s clinical notes – they are the only practice in Oxford providing its own emergency cover 24/7.
