The Vetsure team are fully set up to work from home. Claims can be emailed to us at [email protected] or, if your practice is part of our network, please ask your Vet to submit your claim digitally via their Vetsure e-claims option. Thank you. Vetsure launched their new, sparkly Customer Contact Centre in Hatfield on 1st June 2015. The new team are now part of the family and are really enjoying speaking to our new and existing customers.
They will be responsible for providing telephone quotes and setting up policies as well as ‘servicing’ existing policies, for example, managing renewals and making any changes to policies as requested by our customers.
Claims will continue to be handled by the Ultimate Pet Partners team in Portsmouth.
Our new Contact Centre team will help us to further improve our customer service offering – including more frequent and enhanced communication with our accredited veterinary practice network, and pro-active gathering of customer feedback about the sales and servicing of their policies. Our customers and their pets are at the heart of everything that we do and we want them to be delighted!
