We are currently recruiting staff for our new Contact Centre based in our offices in Hatfield.
The role involves receiving calls from customers relating to insurance for their pet and also directly from veterinary practices. There will be an element of making outgoing calls to follow up on leads and customer queries. Full training will be provided, and be reassured you will not be required to offer advice, just provide information.
Do you have good PC and administrative skills along with excellent communications and a good telephone manner? And lastly but most importantly are you attuned to and have a great understanding of the special relationship an owner has with their pet? Once again, if so, then you may be just what we are looking for.
