Vetsure Covid-19 Update
The Vetsure team are fully set up to work from home. It's business as usual for us so please feel free to call us to talk about your policy or email [email protected] To help us minimise delay, we're asking you to avoid posting claim forms to us where possible. Claims can be emailed to us at [email protected] or, if your practice is part of our network, please ask your Vet to submit your claim digitally via their Vetsure e-claims option. Thank you. We wish you and your pets the very best of health.

Remember, you only know how good a policy is when you come to make a claim – Vetsure-affiliated clinics ONLY endorse Vetsure because the practice team believe the policies offer reliable, good value cover. Because Vetsure will pay your vet promptly for the cost of eligible treatments you will be able to make your claims direct and only have to pay the excess for eligible procedures at the time of treatment.
Whilst other pet insurers may claim to allow direct claims, if their payment times are notoriously slow, your vet may, understandably, be unwilling to allow this. In recent years, vets have had considerable problems building up debts due to pet insurers failing to pay them within reasonable times for direct claims. Our excesses are very competitive and lower if a pet is treated at a Vetsure-affiliated clinic. ‘Co-payment’s of 15% of the total bill are applicable in some cases but only apply once your pet reaches 8 years of age, not after 1 year as seen with some providers.
