Vetsure Covid-19 Update
The Vetsure team are fully set up to work from home. It's business as usual for us so please feel free to call us to talk about your policy or email [email protected] To help us minimise delay, we're asking you to avoid posting claim forms to us where possible. Claims can be emailed to us at [email protected] or, if your practice is part of our network, please ask your Vet to submit your claim digitally via their Vetsure e-claims option. Thank you. We wish you and your pets the very best of health.

Vetsure offers vets a unique opportunity to get more closely involved with the pet insurance product that you promote. We will train your team so that they are thoroughly familiar with the key features and benefits of our product range – so that they can feel confident when discussing Vetsure with your clients. The close relationship that we develop with our Vetsure-accredited clinics means that we will be able to help your clients should they need to make claims or require any other support or help.

At the recommendation of the vet all pets insured with Vetsure Pet Insurance will be able to get treatment at a Specialist Referral Centre. However, an alternative for consideration under certain circumstances is referral to a Vetsure Partnered Consultant. Vetsure Partnered Consultants offer an intermediate level of expertise between the General Practitioner and the Specialist. Treatment by Partnered Consultants can help clients who have either reached their policy limit for the current policy year or who may want to keep initial costs down to allow for future continuation claims throughout the remainder of the year.
Vets at Vetsure-accredited clinics wishing to be considered as a Partnered Consultant must apply to our Veterinary Directors who consider applications on the basis of experience and a proven clinical record. Post-graduate qualifications are clearly advantageous but not essential.
If you would like to be considered as a Partnered Consultant in the fields of Orthopaedics, Soft Tissue Surgery, Ophthalmology, Acupuncture, Neurology, Medicine, Dermatology, Diagnostic imaging, Emergency/critical care, Oncology, Cardio-respiratory Medicine, Behaviour and/or Physiotherapy then please contact us via email: [email protected]
