Sarah joined Vetsure back in 2014 as one of our original Veterinary Relationship Managers, liaising with our independent practices down in the South-West of England. In the years that followed, Sarah’s passion for all-things-Vetsure has led to her promotion to Senior Veterinary Relationship Manager. She also manages some seriously impressive projects within the company, such as running our direct-to-consumer deliveries. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Sarah, and her infectious enthusiasm and passion for the industry inspires us all!
When Juan joined Vetsure early in 2020, he wasn’t sure where his career path was going to lead next. It soon became evident that he had a true talent for delivering customer excellence and for helping his colleagues to progress with their own goals too! As such, Juan was very happy to move into a senior role within Vetsure’s Customer Service Team. Juan has further progressed, and as Customer Service Team Leader he now oversees a dedicated team of Customer Service Executives, and he also gets involved with recruiting new faces into the Customer Service family!
It was always clear that Josh had a technological mind from the moment he joined Vetsure in the Customer Service Team. If anyone had a problem with their laptop, Josh would be right on hand to help. Due to our recent expansion, Josh has been able to put his talents to good use and has moved over to our IT team full-time in a newly created role! We love the fact that Vetsure is filled with people that boast varied skillsets and Josh’s movement between departments is a perfect example of the ability to carve out a job role that fits with your own talents!
