We’re looking for a Contact Centre Manager to lead with heart, inspire high-performing teams, and shape the future of our customer experience. This role is about more than managing day-to-day operations, it’s about creating an environment where people thrive, customers feel genuinely cared for, and performance grows as a result.
What you’ll do

Coach and support two fantastic team leaders (and their teams) to shine.

Drive sales and retention performance while keeping customer care at the core.

Partner across the business to align activity with exciting initiatives.

Use data and insights to celebrate success and spark improvement.

Play a key role in shaping the growth and future of our contact centre.

Experience managing a contact centre or customer operations team.

A passion for coaching, motivating, and developing people.

Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Confidence in using KPIs and insights to drive results.

(Bonus: experience in the insurance or pet care sector.)
