Summer Photo Competition Terms & Conditions

The promoter of this competition is Vetsure Pet Insurance, a registered trading name of TVIS Ltd whose company registration no. is 06820979 and registered address is 1st Floor Helios Court, 1 Bishop Square, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9NE

2.1 The competition is open to Vetsure customers who have received the summer competition email directly from Vetsure or have seen the competition on Instagram or Facebook.
2.2 Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom.
2.3 Employees of Vetsure, their immediate family members, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this competition may not enter.

3.1 To enter, submit a photograph of your cat or dog enjoying the summer safely or showing their favourite way to keep cool.

3.2 Entries can be submitted by:

1. • Commenting on the social post or sending a direct message on Instagram or Facebook containing the phrase “Summer Photo Competition”; or
   • Emailing your photograph to [email protected] with the subject line “Summer Photo Competition”.

3.3 Only one entry per person will be accepted unless otherwise stated.

3.4 No purchase is necessary to enter.

4.1 The competition opens on Friday 19th June 2026.

4.2 Entries must be received by Monday 17th August 2026 at 2pm. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

5.1 The winner will be selected at random by Vetsure.

5.2 The winner will be chosen on or before Wednesday 19th August 2026.

5.3 The chosen winner is final, as long as they accept the prize within the stated time frame and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

6.1 The winner will receive a dedicated dog or cat hamper from Postman Pooch, containing tasty treats and engaging toys.

6.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

6.3 Vetsure reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

7.1 The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided with their entry.

7.2 If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Vetsure reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7.3 The winner may be announced on Vetsure’s website, social media channels, and/or in future marketing communications.

8.1 By entering the competition, entrants confirm that:

• They own the photograph submitted or have permission from the owner to submit it;
• The photograph does not infringe the rights of any third party; and
• They have obtained any permissions necessary for the submission of the photograph.

8.2 Entrants retain ownership of their photographs.
8.3 By entering, entrants grant Vetsure a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, and share submitted photographs in connection with the competition and for Vetsure’s marketing and promotional purposes across its website, social media channels, email communications, and other marketing materials.

9.1 Photographs must depict pets being cared for responsibly and safely.
9.2 Vetsure reserves the right to disqualify any entry that, in its reasonable opinion, promotes unsafe, harmful, or inappropriate treatment of animals.

10.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will be processed by Vetsure solely for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with Vetsure’s Privacy Policy.

11.1 Vetsure reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

11.2 Vetsure accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise not successfully received.

11.3 By entering the competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

11.4 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
