Statement for Policy Holders: Vaccine Shortages and Your Policy

Whilst vaccine shortages remain a challenge in the UK, policyholders should be advised that, provided they do everything they can to obtain up to date vaccination of their pet and are following the advice of their veterinary surgeon, we would not exclude any claim based on a failure to maintain the correct vaccination protocol for your pet.

(We would, however, require confirmation from your veterinary surgeon that vaccination was not possible in the event of any claim for treatment required as a direct result of the vaccine shortages.)
