We continuously strive to be bigger and better than the previous years, and we truly hope our passion for pets and trustworthy pet insurance is evident from the first moment a customer contacts our customer service team.

The Insurance Times Awards – Insurer Claims initiative of the year – We are extremely happy to be described by the Insurance Times Awards to have, “an innovative digital claims program that streamlines the claims process and puts the policy holder at the centre of the process.” We have recently put a lot of time and effort into making the submission of claims as easy as possible for all our customers and vet practices, so it is lovely to be recognised for this award.

After intense deliberation, the difficult decision had been made to cancel this year’s Hertfordshire Business Awards. The events team at Archant, publishers of the Herts Advertiser, Welwyn Hatfield Times, Comet and the Royston Crow, had been closely monitoring the growing concerns surrounding COVID-19 and unfortunately it became apparent that this event could no longer go ahead.
The Insurance Times awards are planning to go ahead as planned, however whether a physical event will still happen in December, is yet to be announced.
The awards ceremonies will hopefully be able to come back in 2021 and aims to be bigger and better than before! We look forward to putting our wonderful team forward for many more wonderful awards in 2021.

After a crazy, whirlwind of a year last year, we’re thrilled to be back winning awards once again! This year, we were shortlisted for three awards. Retention and Loyalty, Best Customer-centric culture and Above and Beyond, and out of these three we won two of them! In 2021 we focused a lot on our customer retention, looking for new and innovative ways to improve retention rates. This was a huge project of ours at Vetsure, so we are beyond proud that our efforts have been noticed. Secondly, we won the Above and Beyond Award! The judges saw that we had exceptional examples of out the box thinking in addressing customer needs or issues, and going the extra mile for our customers.
