Vetsure Covid-19 Update
The Vetsure team are fully set up to work from home. It's business as usual for us so please feel free to call us to talk about your policy or email [email protected] To help us minimise delay, we're asking you to avoid posting claim forms to us where possible. Claims can be emailed to us at [email protected] or, if your practice is part of our network, please ask your Vet to submit your claim digitally via their Vetsure e-claims option. Thank you. We wish you and your pets the very best of health.

Not sure whether your vet is part of the Vetsure Network or want to check if there is a Vetsure clinic near you?  Just use the search tool below.

If there are no Vetsure-accredited practices within your area, then don’t worry – you can use your Vetsure policy at any other veterinary clinic – the excess is a little higher, but still very competitive. New veterinary practices are joining the Vetsure network all the time – you could even recommend your usual vet to us for consideration – use the form at the bottom of this page.

'Core' accredited practices are happy for us to settle the bill directly with them when you make a claim on your Vetsure policy.

In addition to meeting the 'Core' accreditation requirements, 'Advanced' level vets are either an Introducer Appointed Representative (IAR) or Appointed Representative (AR) for Vetsure Pet Insurance. We work closely with 'Advanced' practices to offer superior consumer value for money and align our pricing with theirs!

In addition to the services specified in the 'Core' and 'Advanced' accreditation levels, 'Elite' level vets will be fully integrated to our additional vet services. This means they will have the best communication channels with the Vetsure Team, but also, be operating more efficiently as a business, therefore, offer the most superior service within our network.
